Records documenting the Agricultural Chemical Response and Reimbursement Account [ACRRA], a fund created by the 1989 Minnesota Groundwater Protection Act primarily to reimburse persons for costs incurred after July 1, 1989 in cleaning agricultural chemical (pesticide and fertilizer) incidents. Included are the annual reports (1991-1994) and minutes (1990-1999) of the Agricultural Chemical Response Compensation Board, which oversees administration of the fund, and a 1994 report.
